Full Priced Items or Full Priced Items Purchased With Promotional Code (for example INFLUENCER10) or where sitewide discount is automatically applied to full priced items at checkout are eligible for exchange only.
Sale or Discounted Items are deemed final sale and are NOT ELIGIBLE for return or exchange.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, we will gladly replace or refund items if they are defected or damaged. To enquire about returning a faulty item please contact email@example.com with a description of the fault and image for our review and we will gladly assist in resolving this for you.
- Items must be returned in their original condition; unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed with all tags attached to be accepted.
- All items are inspected by our quality control team before exchange is processed. If exchange does not meet the exchange conditions the item/s will be rejected and sent back to you.
- Exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your purchase; we suggest using a traceable postage service.
- Salt + Soda is not liable for the loss of any garments being returned. Original shipping costs will not be included in the exchange, with the exception of approved faulty items.
- Shipping costs for both sending and returning of items are at the customer’s expense unless the item is deemed faulty.
- Items that do not meet the requirements above will be rejected for exchange and sent back to the sender.
- Your exchange will be processed once it has been received and checked.
- Any Jewellery and Botanist Aromatherapy products are unfortunately not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM
Sorry to hear your purchase wasn't right for you. Follow the steps below to process your EXCHANGE.
First things first
Please ensure you keep & send back your exchange with the 'Invoice + Exchange Form' supplied with your purchase.
1. Complete the exchange form outlining the specific style/size you wish to exchange for. Please ensure you include a contact number on which we can reach you should the need arise when processing your exchange.
2. Send your item/s back to us. Once received, your exchange will be processed and sent to you. If order value is above $150, you will be eligible to receive free standard shipping Australia wide. For orders under $150, we will contact you on the number provided to process $10 shipping payment.
We’d love you to return your item for exchange by reusing the compostable mailer you received your order in. Just turn inside out, pop your item back in, and post back to us with your form - we will take care of the rest. The cost to exchange the item is the sole responsibility of the customer.
We endeavour to process your exchange as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 5 business days to be processed. Once we receive and check your item we will then proceed to process your exchange.
