Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, we will gladly replace or refund items if they are defected or damaged. To enquire about returning a faulty item please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the fault and image for our review and we will gladly assist in resolving this for you.
- Items must be returned in their original condition; unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed with all tags attached to be accepted.
- All items are inspected by our quality control team before returns are processed. If returns do not meet the returns conditions they will be rejected and sent back to you.
- Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your purchase; we suggest using a traceable postage service.
- Salt & Soda is not liable for the loss of any garments being returned. Original shipping costs will not be included in the return, with the exception of approved faulty items.
- Shipping costs for both sending and returning of items are at the customer’s expense unless the item is deemed faulty.
- Items that do not meet the requirements above will be rejected for a return and sent back to the sender.
- Your refund will be issued once your return is received and checked.
- Any items purchased on SALE or discounted are unfortunately not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
- Any Indi Cup and Botanist Aromatherapy products are unfortunately not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
Sorry to hear your purchase wasn't right for you. Follow the steps below to lodge your return.
First things first
Please ensure you keep & send back your return with the 'Welcome To The Salty Air & Sunshine Loving Lifestyle' form supplied with your purchase.
Two options from here
1. Jump online and repurchase your preferred style/size. You will avoid missing out and we can get your new order out to you asap! Send your item/s back to us and your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return.
2. Send your item/s back to us. Once received, your refund will be processed and you can then choose to repurchase online should you wish to do so.
We’d love you to return your item by reusing the compostable mailer you received your order in. Just turn inside out, pop your item back in, and post back to us with your form - we will take care of the rest. The cost to return the item is the sole responsibility of the customer.
We endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 5 business days to be processed. Once we receive and check your item we will issue your request for a refund.
