In using Salt & Soda Design wholesale website, you (the wholesaler) are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all wholesale orders.

 

Payment
It is a requirement of our Wholesale agreement that an upfront deposit - 40% of your total order is paid. You can pay by credit card or direct debit. Payment of balance is required at time of shipping.
*Please note- credit card payments incur a fee: International 4.6% Domestic 2.6%.

 

Minimum Order
Unless otherwise agreed, wholesale orders are a minimum of $2500 AUD. We do not offer top-up orders.

 

Refund/Cancellation Policy
We do not provide a refund or exchange for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty or not true to design we will replace the goods or issue a credit depending on the circumstance. If you decide to cancel your order you will be charged a 25% restock fee. 

 

Postage and Handling
Freight charges will be calculated and added to your invoice once your order is ready to be shipped.
*Please note: international stockists do not pay gst. But shipping and import duties + taxes are the responsibility of the wholesale customer.

 

Imagery
Salt & Soda Design are happy to provide imagery that we have to promote the label for the use on websites and any social media. Please note that these images are still solely owned by Salt & Soda Design and both companies are to agree on usage. We are also in agreement of you using your own creative images. In the case you wish to share an image not owned by Salt & Soda Design, shared through our social media, you need to get express permission from the original owner of the image prior to posting, all credits correctly applied. We do not approve of using our imagery for the purpose of promoting sale stock or heavily discounting unless we have given written permission.

 

Fraud
Fraudulent activities are highly monitored on our site and if fraud is detected, Salt & Soda Design shall resort to all remedies available to us and you shall be responsible for all costs and legal fees arising from these fraudulent activities.

 

Law that Applies
Our agreement and these terms and conditions will be construed and governed according to the laws of Victoria.
