S + S RETURN POLICY and refund procedure
We want you to be happy with your Salt + Soda goodies! We're all about refunds for any full-priced items* within 14 days of delivery.
*All sale items are FINAL. We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale items, so please choose carefully.
RETURN: To receive a refund, items must remain unworn, unused unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
EXCHANGE: We offer exchanges on returned items within 14 days. Due to high demand on a lot of our garments, we advise that you re-purchase your preferred item to ensure availability. You can then send the original back for a refund. We recommend this approach as we cannot guarantee that the stock you have requested will still be available by the time we have received and processed your return.
RETURN AUTHORISATION: Upon submission of your return request and confirmation of eligibility, a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) will be communicated via email. It is essential to include the RA# when returning items - refunds cannot be processed without it. No RA# = No Refund.
POSTAGE: Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of postage on returns. All returns are at the customer's expense unless your order is faulty. We are not liable for any lost or missing parcels. Your return will be promptly processed upon receipt of the item.
