Eg: If your bust is 110 cm, look for a garment bust measurement of 118–122 cm.

8–12 cm ease allows for movement, layering, and a relaxed style.

Bottoms:
Add 4–8 cm to your hip measurement for a comfortable fit (waistbands may be elastic or adjustable, so check the style).

Eg: If your hips are 120 cm, look for pants with a hip measurement of 124–128 cm.

4–8 cm gives you room to sit and move comfortably, without being too loose.

Extra Tips:
If you prefer a more fitted look, choose the lower end of the ease range.
