Email confirmation of purchase is sent immediately following placement of order & an additional email will be received at time of dispatch. At times, the emails may get sent to allocated folders such as promotions, spam or junk. Please check these folders if you do not hear from us within 2 business days. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
Any order placed before 1pm (AEST) will be processed the following business day for dispatch. All orders are shipped from Ocean Grove, Victoria.

Thank you for lodging your return. Sorry to hear it wasn’t perfect for you. We’d love you to return your item by reusing the compostable mailer you received your order in. Just turn inside out, pop your item back in, and post back to us as per our returns page - we will take care of the rest.
