The discount code also arrives via email - due to this being an automated email, it can sometimes take a few minutes to deliver to your account. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER?

Email confirmation of purchase is sent immediately following placement of order & an additional email will be received at time of dispatch. At times, the emails may get sent to allocated folders such as promotions, spam or junk. Please check these folders if you do not hear from us within 2 business days. Before submitting your order, please carefully review your contact details.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Any order placed before 1pm (AEST) will be processed the following business day for dispatch. All orders are shipped from Ocean Grove, Victoria.

WHAT DO I DO AFTER I HAVE LODGED MY RETURN?

Thank you for lodging your return. Sorry to hear it wasn’t perfect for you. We’d love you to return your item by reusing the compostable mailer you received your order in. Just turn inside out, pop your item back in, and post back to us as per our returns page - we will take care of the rest.

MY ITEM IS FAULTY - WHAT DO I DO?

To enquire about returning a faulty item please contact hello@saltandsodadesign.com.au with a description of the fault and image for our review and we will gladly assist in resolving this for you.
